Absolutely. Every HorizonXplorer journey is fully bespoke. Whether you’d like to add a cooking workshop, extend your stay at a boutique guesthouse, or arrange a private after-hours visit to a heritage site, just let us know and we’ll make it happen.

To guarantee availability—especially during high season—we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. For last-minute plans, we’ll always do our best to accommodate you, subject to guide and vehicle availability.

We cap our standard group tours at 8 guests to ensure an intimate experience. If you prefer a completely private excursion, we can accommodate solo travelers or groups of any size—just choose “Private Tour” at booking.

Life happens—we get it. Free cancellations up to 14 days before your tour date, with a 50% refund up to 7 days prior. Changes of date or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur a small service fee. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Yes. For one-day tours, we’ll store any luggage at our office or transfer it securely between accommodations at no extra charge. For multi-day journeys, we’ll coordinate all inter-hotel transfers, baggage handling, and concierge services to keep you moving smoothly.
